Spa Etiquette & Policies
To ensure a smooth, relaxing experience for every client, please review the studio guidelines below.
Arrival
Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment.
Late Arrival
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service so the next appointment isn’t delayed. Pricing cannot be adjusted for reduced treatment time due to late arrival.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and applicable fees may apply.
Cancellation Policy
Because each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, please provide at least 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations.
My booking system sends reminders 48 and 24 hours before your appointment, but it is ultimately your responsibility to remember your scheduled time.
Fees:
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the service price
No-shows: 100% of the scheduled service price
These policies ensure that openings can be offered to clients on the waitlist and help keep the studio running smoothly.
Cell Phones
Please silence your phone during your visit to maintain a calm, peaceful environment — this is your time to disconnect.
Parking
Free parking is available in both the front and side lots of the building. Both areas are monitored by security cameras.
Method of Payment
Cash, debit cards, major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and contactless payments are accepted.
Treatment Collections & Ritual Packs
Series purchases are non-refundable. However, they may be exchanged for another series of equal value or studio credit.
Why do I collect health information?
Your health history allows me to safely customize treatments, avoid contraindications, track progress over time, and ensure the products and techniques used are appropriate for your skin. All information is kept confidential and may be updated as needed. No service is performed without a detailed consultation.
Sanitation and Sterilization
Sanitation is a top priority. Tools, equipment, and treatment areas are thoroughly disinfected between every client, and all single-use items are disposed of immediately after treatment.
